GUIDELINES

Guidelines At A Glance

An annual wellness exam is one of the best ways for early detection of serious medical problems, and to maintain your health. Visiting our clinic each year allows our physicians to discuss potential illnesses and health concerns before they become serious, like high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol. while offering ways to improve your nutrition and lifestyle. Wellness exams can also provide the assurance that you are healthy and doing well.

Our annual wellness checks provide preventive services, counseling, education and disease screening, based on your gender or age.
